           Hey guys! Presenting you all the Surakkai Pulao, which is the tastiest and a unique variety of rice made with Surakkai (Bottle gourd). It's the most healthiest and delicious pulao variety I have ever tasted. I learnt this recipe from my sister. And Bottle gourd is so nutritious and have lots of health benefits. Chicken 65 (Fried chicken)

           Hey guys! Presenting you all the most delicious Chicken 65, which is a spicy and deep-fried chicken dish. This Heavenly Chicken 65 was invented in Tamil Nadu by a gentleman named A.M.Buhari in the year 1965. It was first introduced at the Buhari Hotel. It is a dish that tastes amazing on its own and even goes well with any vegetarian and non-vegetarian main courses. This is one of my favourite chicken recipe from my childhood. And it must be "The Favourite" recipe for all the kiddos. I learnt this recipe from my mom, who makes this for me all the time whenever I have asked for it. And the recipe is so simple. Kathirikkai Chuttney (Brinjal/Eggplant Chuttney)

           Hey guys! Presenting you all the delicious and flavourful, Kathirikkai Chuttney. This is one of the most staple Breakfast Chuttney's, made in my home by my Grandmother. It's a traditional South Indian recipe made with lots of brinjals in it. Brinjal is a very good source of dietary fiber, pottasium, manganese, vitamin B1, B6 and K. And the spongy texture of the vegetable, just absorbs all the flavours of the Chuttney, which makes it even more delicious. The recipe for this Chuttney is very simple. And this chuttney tastes awesome with Hot Idlies and Dosas. Now let's move on to the recipe.              Hey guys! Presenting you all the most heavenly tasting Poosanikkai Morkuzhambu. It's a yougurt based curry with some added spices, which is very light and soothing. This curry is a classic Kerala dish and it is so simple to make. And the white pumpkin that we use in this curry is so rich in water content and it's very good for easy digestion. It is low in calories and high in vitamins A, B6, C and E. So it's important to add this vegetable in your diet on a regular basis. This dish is so refreshing and soothing to the stomach during hot summer.
